1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and WebShaan ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the WebShaan website.

2. Services

We provide web development, design, and software solutions. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence any project and service.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final code/access is handed over.
• Refunds: Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and services including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site are owned or controlled by WebShaan(Us) or licensed to us.

Upon full payment, the ownership of the client's specific project code is transferred to the client.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. WebShaan and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Nanded, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
